CHECK IN, ROSTER, WAIVER, RHA etc…
  • Attached you will find the team roster, please fill this out and email back me greg@statewarshockey.com
    • We list every roster online to track updated live scoring throughout the event which is archived on our site.  You can still make changes to roster until your first game begins!  All rosters are locked once you play your first game
  • Player waiver - every player MUST electronically sign the online waiver, if a player is on more than one team they only need to do so once.  Please forward Waiver/RHA link to your team.
  • RHA - all players need to have the RHA membership/insurance.  If you do not have the yearly membership you can get a yearly or weekend pass while on the waiver link above.  You cannot get the RHA on site but must do it online.  
  • We would like to add your TEAM LOGO to the standings, please send it over.
